You are prohibited from copying, modifying, or translating the App, its parts, or our trademarks in any way. Attempting to extract the source code of the App is also prohibited. All intellectual property rights related to the app, including trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other rights, are the property of Appreka.
Appreka is committed to ensuring that the application is as effective and efficient as possible. Therefore, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will clearly communicate any changes and charges before implementing them.
The app collects and processes personal data that you provide to us in order to deliver our services. It is your responsibility to secure your phone and access to the app. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone as this may compromise security and affect app functionality.
The app uses third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions.
Google Play Services
Please note that Appreka is not responsible for certain aspects. Some app functions require an active internet connection. Appreka cannot guarantee the full functionality of the app if you do not have Wi-Fi access or data.
If you use the app without Wi-Fi, the conditions of your mobile network provider apply. You may be charged by your provider for data or other third-party charges when accessing the App. By using the App, you accept responsibility for such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the App outside your home region without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer of the device, we assume that you have permission to use the app.
Similarly, Appreka cannot assume responsibility for your use of the app, such as keeping your device charged. Appreka cannot accept responsibility if your device battery dies and you are unable to access the Service.
Regarding Appreka's responsibility for your use of the app, while we endeavor to keep the app up to date and accurate, we rely on third parties for information availability. Appreka accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from your sole reliance on the app functionality.
We may update the app from time to time. The app is currently available on Android and iOS. The requirements of both systems (and any additional systems for which we expand app availability) may change, requiring updates to continue using the app. While we do not guarantee that updates will be compatible with your Android and iOS versions, you agree to accept app updates when offered. We may also discontinue and terminate use of the app at any time without notice. Unless otherwise stated, upon termination: (a) your rights and licenses granted under these terms will terminate; (b) you must stop using the app and, if necessary, delete it from your device.
Abuse Prevention and Speed Limiting

Purpose of Speed Limiting: Automatic speed limiting ensures the stability and reliability of our servers by preventing abusive behavior and provides a seamless experience for all users.
Behavior Detection and Blocking: Our system uses advanced algorithms to detect suspicious or harmful behavior. Detected behaviors may result in temporary service blocks.
Temporary Blocking: Access restrictions imposed by the system are temporary and are removed after a certain period of time, allowing real users to continue accessing the service.
Compliance: By using our Services, you agree to comply with these terms and agree to the automatic speed limiting measures in place to protect our systems and user community from potential abuse.
